The following waiver and your signature will be required for the event.  Forms will be available at the event before you enter.

Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that Bondicon, and all of its related activities involving rope being around parts of the human body are potentially hazardous (as is any extreme activity such as BDSM, rock climbing, hang gliding, etc.), and I have made a voluntary choice to participate in those activities despite the risks they present. In consideration of being permitted to participate the activities of the event,

I agree to ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DAMAGE OR DEATH, which may be associated with or result from my participation activities.

I, the undersigned, am 18 years of age or older, and am legally capable of participation in adult oriented activities and have provided proof of age.

I, the undersigned, understand that adult oriented discussions, activities, and demonstrations may occur and I am not offended by such; understand that there may be nudity and I am not offended by such.

I, the undersigned, state that my attendance and/or participation are voluntary and understand that I may leave at any time.

I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understand this agreement and all of its terms.

I understand that this is a release of liability, which will legally prevent me or any other person from filing suit or making any other legal claim for damages in the event of my death or injury to me.

I nevertheless enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily and agree that it is binding upon my heirs, my assigns, my legal representatives and myself. As additional consideration for my attendance and for all and any information and/or pictures gathered that relate in any manner.

I, the undersigned, realize that rules are necessary to insure sponsored functions remain within the legal statutes of our area, and remain voluntarily safe and consensual for the enjoyment of all participants.

• Violation of any Bondicon instruction; or behavior deemed disruptive and/or destructive
• Exchange of body fluids or sexual penetration (defined as the insertion, however slight, of any part of the body or any instrument, apparatus, or other object into the vaginal or anal cavity of another or myself)
• Being deemed “under the influence of” or use of alcohol, recreational drugs, or illegal substances
• Possession of guns, firearms, or other weapons
• Failure to respond to safe words or safe signals, or failure to respect the limits of behavior set by other individuals for themselves (including touching without permission)

I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understand this agreement and all of its terms.
